Local couple opening Eggs Up Grill in Cleveland
CLEVELAND, Tenn. (WDEF) — A local couple is opening up Eggs Up Grill in Cleveland, the first in the Chattanooga area.
Eggs Up Grill is a rapidly expanding breakfast, brunch, and lunch establishment.
The restaurants will be located at 285 Paul Huff Parkway in the Hickory Grove Shopping Mall.
Local couple Alex Curtis and Giselle Cordero, are the franchise partners first husband-and-wife-duo.
Curtis and Cordero are Cleveland natives, and both graduated from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
The couple is currently raising their family and have been looking for a business opportunity to become apart of the community.
“Part of the DNA of the Eggs Up Grill brand is giving back to the community where you live and work, and that’s what really drew us to it. Cleveland is growing rapidly and needs a great breakfast, brunch and lunch spot, and it’s also an opportunity for our family to start making an impact in our hometown community and begin serving our neighbors. Eggs Up Grill is our first avenue to start doing that and we couldn’t be more excited,” stated Curtis.
This establishment will be able to seat 140 people in the 3,85o square foot area.
Guests can be served from 6:00 a.m to 2:00 p.m. by dine-in, takeout, online ordering, and catering/delivery options.
The restaurant is designed to create an at home feel for guests.
Eggs Up Grill’s full menu will be available open to close, with signature items such as made-to-order omelets, grilled blueberry muffins, and other classic breakfast dishes.
