Looking Ahead to February 15, 2016

Here are a few items we’re keeping tabs on this morning.

A preliminary hearing will be held this morning for the three adults charged in the Ooltewah High School rape case. Athletic Director Jesse Nayadley, Head Basketball Coach Andre Montgomery, and Assistant Coach Karl Williams stand accused of failing to report child abuse and child sexual abuse.

The body of Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia is headed to Virginia. Scalia died over the weekend of natural causes. The 79-year-old’s body was discovered in his room at a West Texas resort ranch. A local judge decided that no autopsy was necessary.

The Chattanooga Fire Department will recognize its Firefighter of the Year tonight. The CFD will also add four-past firefighters to the inaugural class to its Hall of Fame.
