Director of Citywide Services Ricky Colston joins News 12’s Amelia Greer ahead of the beginning of leaf collection for the season.
CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) – Leaves are falling which means its time for many of us to start raking our yards.
Chattanooga Public Works is helping you keep your lawn clean by collecting leaves from properties starting on Monday, November 3 through the end of March 2026.
Leaves will have to be raked to the end of the property and not cover any drainage systems. A truck with a vacuum will visit your area to dispose of the leaves.
To file a request with the city you can use their 311 app or call them directly at (423) 643-6311.
