Visitation: September 10, 2015-10a.m.-11a.m.
Memorial Service: September 10, 2015-11a.m.
The burial service will be private.
Hurley passed away at the age of 87. She was the first female member of the Chattanooga City Council and was dedicated to children and the arts.
