Make A Wish East Tennessee grants a child’s wish

CHATTANOOGA, TN.- Make A Wish East Tennessee was able to make a wish come true with the help of Blue Compass RV. 

Laia, a 3 year old from Red Bank battles Wilm’s tumor, a form of childhood kidney cancer. She has finished her treatment and is now a year into remission. 

Laia has always been an adventurous kid, she loves the outdoors and traveling. And most of all she loves doing it with her family.

When it came time to make a wish, she knew exactly what she wanted, and her parents were not surprised at all. 

“Laia loves to be outside. She loves to dig in the dirt. She loves to find bugs with her brother, and that’s something we all share, we travel every year so we’ve had for a tent for awhile, but this is just an upgrade that we’re just gonna make a lot of memories and have a lot of fun with her.” says Charlie Marrow and Corinne Hayes, parents of Laia. 

The family says that Laia has already decided that the rocky mountains will be their first stop.
