Male teen found shot on Bonny Oaks Drive

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) – On Saturday, the Chattanooga Police Department (CPD) is investigating a shooting that was reported to have occurred on Highway 153 South between Thrasher Bridge and Exit 5A.
According to CPD, at 4:40 A.M., officers responded to reports of a person shot in the 4900 block of Bonny Oaks Drive.
After arriving, they learned the incident did not take at that location.
The 15-year-old male victim was taken to a local hospital by Hamilton County EMS with non-life-threatening injuries.
They say their investigation shows that the victim was a passenger in a vehicle that was involved in a road rage incident with the suspect’s vehicle.
