Malone’s, other additions to Hamilton Place in 2024

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) — Several new additions are coming to the Hamilton Place Mall area, one being a Malone’s Steakhouse.

Malone’s Prime Beef Steakhouse is slated to break ground in January 2024. Additionally, it should open in Summer of 2024 in Hamilton Place Mall.

Bluegrass Hospitality Group (BHG) owns Malone’s, which has four locations in Kentucky. The restaurant first opened in Lexington in 1998. BHG also operates the Drake’s restaurants.

BHG is currently hiring up to 250 team members. Those interested can apply on their website.

Several other restaurants and shops are coming to Hamilton Place as well.

Those include Texas Roadhouse, Crunch Fitness, Taco Mamacita, Vintage Stock and MINISO.

Texas Roadhouse is moving from its location off of Shallowford Road and onto Hamilton Place Boulevard. It will be located near the Cheesecake Factory.

Vintage Stock is an entertainment store which will both buy and sell items. Their stock includes movies, games, collectibles, books and more.

Hamilton Place Mall has not given much information on the additions of Crunch Fitness or Taco Mamacita. They did, however, confirm the two are coming to the area later in the year.
