Man arrested for attempted 1st degree murder, rape, and other charges

HAMILTON COUNTY, Tenn. (WDEF) – On Friday, the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO) investigated a reported incident involving a violent sexual assault.
According to HCSO, during the investigation, arrest warrants were obtained for the suspect, Anson Brown.
Search warrants were then executed for his residence and vehicle.
Brown was arrested and booked into the Hamilton County Jail and Detention Center on the following charges.
- Attempted First Degree Murder
- Aggravated Rape (Two Counts)

Aggravated Assault (Two Counts)

Aggravated Kidnapping
