Man Involved in Deadly Christmas Crash Charged with Vehicular Homicide

CLEVELAND, Tenn. (WDEF)-A man involved in a deadly Christmas Night crash in Bradley County has been booked into Bradley County Jail.

42 year old Patricke Conley is charged with two counts of vehicular homicide and three counts of vehicular assualt.

The Tennessee Highway Patrol says that around 6:30 Sunday evening, Conley was traveling westbound on U.S. Highway 64 east of Cleveland when he crossed the median and struck a Jeep head on.

A couple, Brittany and Dustin Dillard, were killed in the accident, and their children were injured but survived.

Brittany Dillard was a science teacher at Walker Valley High School.

There has been no bond set for Conley.

He will appear in Bradley County court tomorrow morning at 9 a.m.

There is a vigil being held tonight at Elkmont Baptist Church in Cleveland beginning at 7.
