Man sentenced to 965 years in prison

Convicted of sexually abusing children and shooting video of it

PRATTVILLE, Alabama (WDEF) – An Alabama man has just been sentenced to 965 years in prison.

And the judge says he must serve the term consecutively, which means all 965 years.

48 year old Jason Hudson was convicted of 84 counts of rape, sodomy, sex abuse of a child, incest and child pornography.

Prosecutors showed videos of the abuse of the juvenile who turned him in.

But they found thousands of sexual images of children with children as young as 2 in his possession.

The District Attorney said he wished that the death penalty was an option in this case.

Hudson’s wife had previously pleaded guilty to sodomy and was sentenced to 30 years in prison.
