Manhunt Monday Fugitive Casey Hall

He’s wanted for aggravated assault, simple assault, theft and vandalism.

One victim told law enforcement Hall hit him with a baseball bat, damaged his phone and stole his keys.

The other victim said Hall assault him too.

Both victims showed signs of an assault.
