Manhunt Monday Fugitive Dashay Putman
Chattanooga, TN (WDEF) This week’s Manhunt Monday fugitive is 21-year-old Dashay Putman.
She’s wanted for theft and probation violations.
Officials say she took electronic equipment belonging to the Hamilton County Community Corrections Program.
The dollar loss is estimated at $1500.
