Manhunt Monday Fugitive Howard Cheaves

He’s wanted for theft, domestic assault, identity theft and more.

The charges date back as far as 2007.

Officials say he pawned property that he was leasing, stole money from a friend from the sale of a tractor, and made a down payment for a car with his dead brother’s check.

Officials also say his girlfriend reported that he had assaulted her.
