Marion County’s Championship Run Falls Short In 2A Title Game Loss

      Marion County gave up two early first quarter touchdowns and could not recover, as Peabody spoiled the Warriors Class 2A State Title bid with a 34-7 win. Blake Zeman rushed for 135 yards and a touchdown in the loss. The lone touchdown came in the third quarter with the Warriors trailing 21-0. Marion County ends the season with a 12-2 record.
