McCallie Basketball Guard Junior Clay Commits to Tennessee Tech

McCallie guard Junior Clay will sign a division one scholarship.
He has verbally committed to Tennessee Tech.
Clay picked Tennessee Tech over Georgia Southern and New Orleans among others.
Clay averaged nearly 14 points a game last season in leading the Blue Tornado to the state championship game.
