McKamey Animal Center Awards

Chattanooga, TN (WDEF) –  A few of our own were recognized at the McKamey Animal Center Awards Thursday night.

Our late Luther Masingill was given the prestigious Humanitarian Award for his decades of helping people find their lost pets right here on News 12.

Our morning show co-host Dreanne Newton received the Media Award for her segments featuring a McKamey animal each week.

Our promotion team member Jimmy Mayer was recognized for more than 300 hours of community service helping animals in 2014.
