Meet Georgia’s newest set of quads
GAINESVILLE, Georgia (WDEF) – The Northeast Georgia Medical Center in Gainesville is celebrating their first set of quad babies.
The four girls were born by cesarean on Saturday after 30 weeks.
Callie ( 2 lbs 6 oz), Teagan (3 lbs 2 oz), McKenna (3 lbs) and Sawyer (2 lbs 10 oz) are all doing well.
The Gainesville Times reports that Julie Davidson first learned she was expecting quads last summer when she went to the E-R with back pains.
Now she is doing her mothering through gloves and a plastic barrier.
The babies are expected to remain in the hospital through their full term date in March.
