Meigs County man arrested for sex offender registry violation

Cookeville, TN (WDEF) – Tennessee Bureau of Investigation agents along with Meigs County deputies arrested Richard Morris Feaster Jr. for failure to register as a sex offender.

They started investigating him after the arrest of a Ten Mile man for the same thing.

They found out Feaster was a sex offender from Ohio.

He’s in the Meigs County Jail on a $50,000 bond.
