Middle Valley home destroyed by fire overnight

MIDDLE VALLEY, Tenn. (WDEF) – A Middle Valley home goes up in flames just a few weeks before Christmas.

A neighbor called 9-1-1 just before midnight to report the fire at 1755 Varner Road near the Dallas Bay Sky Park.

By the time Dallas Bay firefighters arrived, the fire had spread throughout the house.

The owner was not at home at the time.

The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
