Miller Park hosts Barbecue Music Festival
CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) – The aroma of smoked meats and the rhythm of live music filled the air today at Miller Park in downtown Chattanooga, as the All Star Foundation hosted its inaugural BBQ Music Festival.
From 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., the park transformed into a vibrant hub where community members gathered to enjoy a day of culinary delights, entertainment, and camaraderie.
Local vendors, including “Cater for U,” served up a variety of barbecue favorites, from pulled pork and ribs to brisket, accompanied by homemade sides.
The festival also featured live performances by artists such as the renowned Tina Brown, adding a soulful soundtrack to the day’s festivities.
Antonio Boston, CEO and founder of the All Star Foundation, emphasized the event’s purpose:
“We do shows to help the community. Today was to make sure we got different vendors, different business people out here, so they can make some money. My foundation is about blessing other people, so we wanna make sure the food trucks around the city are making money—they got to pay bills too…”
The festival not only offered delicious food and music but also included games and activities for attendees of all ages.
Organizers expressed their gratitude to the community for making the event a success and hinted at plans for future gatherings to continue supporting local businesses and fostering community spirit.
