Mims Found Guilty
VERDICT: Mims found guilty on all charges.

Dalton, GA (WDEF) – Both sides started presenting closing arguments Friday afternoon.
Earlier Skyy Mims went against her attorney’s advice and asked Judge Jack Partain if she could testify in her own defense.
However after several minutes with her attorney, she reversed her request.
