Motorcycle Prayer Ride for Chattanooga Shooting Victims

Chattanooga (WDEF) –  The community came together in different ways to show support for those effected by last week’s shooting.

Sunday, hundreds of motorcyclists gathered for a prayer ride in honor of our fallen service men.

Participants started their ride on Lee Highway and traveled to Amnicola Highway where the five victims were killed.

Organizers Kevin and Michelle Mathews were pleased by the turnout.

"more than i expected but i love it god bless he started this wil 40 friends and this is what it snow balled into."

Many of the bikes had flags displayed as they were going down the road.

Lowes even donated 1-hundred flags for the riders.
