Murphy man charged with kidnapping and sexual assault of two young girls

MURPHY, North Carolina (WDEF) – A Murphy, North Carolina man has been charged with kidnapping and sexual assault of two underage girls.

25 year old Devin Lloyd Boxer was indicted for an incident last fall.

He has been indicted on a variety of charges that include kidnapping, statutory sex with someone who is six years younger, Forcible Sex, and taking indecent liberties with a child and contributed to the delinquency of a minor.

Sheriff Derrick Palmer encourages any one that has information on this crime or any other to report it.
