Murphy man faces additional charges after April assault

Murphy, NC (WDEF) – Sheriff Derrick Palmer also announced the arrest of Jonathon Caleb Fleming on Friday.
    The 20-year-old Murphy man faces more sexual assault charges stemming from an incident in April.
    Fleming surrendered himself to the Cherokee County Detention Center and is being held on an additional $150,000 bond.
