Muschamp Motivated to Stop Playing of Rocky Top

South Carolina hosts Tennessee this Saturday night, and Gamecocks coach Will Muschamp is turning Columbia into Rocky Top East.
He has been playing the Vols ‘Rocky Top’ in practice to try and motivate his guys to silence the song on game day.
Reporter:”Was it your call to have Rocky Top played during morning workouts and some of the other stuff around the players?”
Said Muschamp:”Yep.”
Reporter:”And uh, why?”
Said Muschamp:”Sometimes you get tired of listening to it, and you don’t want to listen to it on game day. So I told our guys play good, and you won’t have to listen to it. (laughter) They’re still going to play it though.”
