Mutts on the Mountain Foster hosts adoption day
SIGNAL MOUNTAIN, Tenn. (WDEF) – A splash of fun and a chance to find a forever friend brought smiles to the Signal Mountain Town Pool this weekend.
Some furry friends are now looking for loving homes after a rough start in life.
Mutts on the Mountain Foster brought a group of playful puppies to the pool, hoping to connect them with families ready to adopt.
Stephanie McAllister with Mutts on the Mountain says the pups were found abandoned at a gas station in Alabama when they were just newborns.
“My family bottle-fed them, and now they’re eight weeks old and ready for their forever homes. So we’re here at the pool, hoping to find these babies homes today.”
The puppies are healthy, playful, and come with several essentials already in place.
Each one has received two rounds of vaccines, multiple rounds of dewormer, flea, tick, and heartworm prevention, and has a scheduled spay or neuter and microchip at the time of adoption.
As of July 7, 2025, five puppies are still waiting to find their forever homes.
