New Acts Added to Tribute on the River

Chattanooga (WDEF) – Brantley Gilbert is lining up more Nashville sounds for Chattanooga Unite: A Tribute on the River.

He has invited Trace Adkins, Colt ford and Aaron Lewis to perform on the Riverfront stage Wednesday.

ABOUT TRACE ADKINS: Trace Adkins’ trademark baritone has powered countless hits to the top of the charts and turned albums into Platinum plaques, selling over 10 million albums, cumulatively. The Grammy-nominated member of the Grand Ole Opry is a television personality, actor, author, spokesman for the Wounded Warrior Program, the American Red Cross and has performed seven USO Tours.

ABOUT COLT FORD: Colt Ford penned the multi-platinum hit single “Dirt Road Anthem” (Jason Aldean) alongside Brantley Gilbert. The Georgia native is a cultural force who is ready to go from cult status to a household name. His latest album, Thanks for Listening, features collaborations with pals such as Keith Urban, Randy Houser, Justin Moore and Lee Brice.

ABOUT AARON LEWIS: As the former front man of American rock/metal band Staind, Aaron Lewis boasts an accomplished music career as the lead vocalist and rhythm guitarist for over 17 years. Hints of classic Country story-telling and acoustic melodies have always been present in Aaron’s sound and he is currently working on material for his second full-length solo album, which is expected to be released next year. He’s been performing some of the music live with titles including “That Isn’t Country,” “Northern Redneck,” and “Lost and Lonely.”
