New documents released in Bobby and Lacie Stone case

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) – New documents, photos and videotapes have now been released in the case involving Bobby and Lacie Stone.

She is Mayor Andy Berke’s senior advisor, and is being accused of having an affair with the Mayor.

Back in May, Bobby Stone was charged in the assault of his wife.

Those charges have now been dropped.

But an open records request now gives us a better idea of what happened between Bobbie and Lacie Stone.

Today the city revealed almost 5 hours of dash cam footage.

In one excerpt, Stone talked to an officer about the night in question.

“She was texting her boyfriend. I don’t want to say who it is, and uh, she works for the city. She works for the Mayor’s office and, uh, I was trying to get the phone.”

Also released were photos of Lacie Stone she said she took that document the injuries she received during an argument back in May.

In the photos, you can see multiple bruises on her arms and hips.

Bobby Stone says they got into a “tussle” so he could see her phone.

He also says that his wife hit him multiple times in the face.

Both Lacie Stone, and Mayor Andy Berke have denied having an affair.
