New judge in Grundy Co. attempted aggravated rape case

GRUNDY COUNTY, (WDEF) – A new judge has been selected to preside over the Grundy County High School attempted aggravated rape case.

According to the Tennessee Administrative Office of the Courts, Coffee County Judge Tim Brock will take on the case.

Judge Brock will have a conference call with all of the attorneys involved in the case next week.

As of right now, the five suspects are on house arrest.

They are scheduled to appear in court on November 15th.
