Nominate your physician for National Doctors’ Day

Kevin Lusk with the Medical Foundation of Chattanooga joins News 12’s Amelia Greer to encourage patients to say thank you and nominate their doctors for National Doctors’ Day.

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) – Give thanks to the doctor that keeps you healthy by nominating them for National Doctors’ Day.

Kevin Lusk with the Medical Foundation of Chattanooga says, “Physicians spend a lot of time with us on a very intimate basis and sometimes spend some of the most horrific but also most celebratory times in our lives. So this is just a way for us to say thank you to them for all they do for us.”

The National Doctors’ Day was created as a way to show gratitude and recognition for all of our doctors’ hard work. WDEF News 12 is partnering with the Medical Society of Chattanooga and Foundation to receive nominations of doctors that go the extra mile for your care. The foundation will choose the five honorees and present their stories on News 12 at the end of March.
