North Georgia father charged with killing toddler son

CHATSWORTH, Georgia (WDEF) The Murray County Sheriff’s Department has charged a 37 year father with the death of his 23 month old boy.

Isaiah Rosas of Chatsworth was found dead in his home last January by his mother who had returned from work.

He was one of seven children in the family.

The GBI joined the Sheriff’s department in the investigation.

They determined that Isaiah died of asphyxia.

Investigators have charged his father, Teodoro “Miguel” Rosas-Santos, with murder.

He was arrested on Wednesday.
