Officials investigating taser use at the Hamilton County jail

CHATTANOOGA (WDEF) – The Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the use of a taser at the jail.

It happened Wednesday night at 9 PM.

Officials say a jailer used a taser to subdue an inmate.

They say the inmate had a handmade knife and had just used it on another inmate.
