Ooltewah theft arrest

Ooltewah, TN (WDEF) – Hamilton County Deputies arrest a man for trying to steal a piece fo heavy machine equipment Tuesday.

They were called to Snowhill Road and found the suspect James M. Cox across the street trying to steal a Caterpillar backhoe valued at $60,000. 

He was arrested and the machinery returned.

Cox also had an outstanding warrant for burglary.
