Orange Vanilla is the first new flavor for Coca Cola in a decade
ATLANTA, Georgia (WDEF) – Coca Cola is adding their first new flavor in more than a decade.
This month, the soft drink company is launching Orange Vanilla Coke and Orange Vanilla Coke Zero Sugar.
The taste combo follows the success of their Cherry Vanilla flavor.
“We wanted to bring back positive memories of carefree summer days,” Brand Director Kate Carpenter explains.
“That’s why we leaned into the orange-vanilla flavor combination – which is reminiscent of the creamy orange popsicles we grew up loving, but in a classically Coke way.”
And, of course, the Coke folks have done plenty of testing.
Orange Vanilla Coke was tried out in Canada while the Coke Zero version was tested in Australia last summer.
Orange Vanilla Coke & Coke Zero Sugar officially arrive on February 25th.
