Partnership for Families, Children and Adults offers resources for sexual assault survivors

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) – April is Sexual Assault Awareness Month and Partnership for Families, Children and Adults reminds the community of the resources and support they offer to survivors.
In the past year, sexual assault as increased in Hamilton County by 8%. One in four women and one in ten men report sexual assault, but the numbers could be higher. Partnership is the only Rape Crisis Center in the Chattanooga region where survivors can turn to for immediate care and help.
Partnership offers free and confidential services. They include a sexual assault forensic exams, law enforcement advocacy, court advocacy, and counseling.
For those needing help at any hour, Partnership has a 24/7 help hotline at 423-755-2700. Trained advocates will be able to assist.
