Person Shot on West 38th St. in Chattanooga

CHATTANOOGA, TN (WDEF)- At 11:18 Sunday night, Chattanooga police responded to the 200 block of West 38th St. on the report of a person shot.

Upon arrival, authorities located the victim 23 year old Aaron Mitchell.

Mitchell was taken to a nearby hospital and treated for a non-life threatening injury.

According to Mitchell, the suspect is described as being in a dark colored sedan.
