Police identify victim from Grove Street shooting

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) – Chattanooga Police have identified the victim from an afternoon shooting in Chattanooga.

It happened in the 12-hundred block of Grove street near College Hills courts.

When officers arrived, they found 20 year old Demarcus Martez Brown suffering from gunshot wounds

Medics took him to the hospital, where he is listed in stable condition.

Members of the Violent Crimes Bureau are investigating this case.
