Police identify victim in Sunday’s Brainerd Road shooting

CHATTANOOGA (WDEF) – Chattanooga Police identify the victim who was shot in the leg on Brainerd Road on Sunday.

21 year old Charles Hill was shot just before two in the morning.

Police describe the suspect’s vehicle as a gray Buick.
