Police look for Hit and Run vehicle that seriously injured elderly woman

LAFAYETTE, Georgia (WDEF) – Police in LaFayette are looking for the driver involved in a hit and run case from the weekend.
It happened on East Villanow Street near Charles Henry Circle around 7 PM on Saturday.
They say an elderly woman was seriously hurt in the incident.
Police say this dark F-150 pickup was involved.
“The vehicle is a Ford F150 4×4 and thought to be between a 2011 & 2014 year model. It appears to be grey in color. The vehicle has a chrome package which includes chrome mirrors, door handles and running boards. ”
They say it made a right turn on Charle Henry Circle and came back and headed downtown.
