Police Officers Come Forward in Street Racing Video Investigation

Chattanooga (WDEF) – Two Chattanooga Police officers have come forward to say they were the ones caught in a video showing them racing.

The officers are Mikel Thomas and mark Niethammer.

Both were hired in November of 2013.

An internal affairs investigation is now underway.
