UPDATE: Three suspects arrested in Polk County double homicide

POLK COUNTY, Tenn. (WDEF) — Three suspects were arrested in connection with a Polk County double homicide.

Polk County Sheriff Steve Ross says Valrie Hart, Crystal Dillard, and Ahren Presley are all in custody.

Sheriff Ross says the arrest of Hart in Longview, Texas was the culmination of an eight-month long investigation into the homicides of two Polk County residents.

On March 3, 2017, deputies with the Polk County Sheriff’s Office, agents of the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation and investigators with the 10th Judicial District Attorney General’s Office started their investigation into the deaths of Larry Jeffries and Jeremy Walker.

Presley, was placed on the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation Top Ten Most Wanted List earlier Wednesday, but is now in custody.

LONGVIEW, Texas (WDEF) – A murder suspect from Polk County has been arrested in Longview, Texas.

36 year old Valrie Ann Hart was picked up by U.S. Marshals Service and a Texas drug enforcement unit on Tuesday.

She faces a variety of charges, including aggravated robbery and homicide.

The case involves the death of two men in Old Fort back in March.

Their bodies were found in a home on Amber Way.

Investigators found a suspect vehicle that was dumped at Love’s Truck Stop in Charleston.
