Predators Remain Confident Ahead of Game 3 Despite Trailing 2-0 to Penguins
Even though Nashville trails Pittsburgh 2-0 in the Stanley Cup Final, the Predators are not about to panic.
Defense-man P.K. Subban said we’re going to win the next game and go from there.
That might not be a full blown guarantee, but Suban has that much confidence his his team ahead of game three Saturday night in Nashville.
The Preds should have some confidence.
They out-shot the Penguins in both games in Pittsburgh.
And now they’re returning to Smashville, where they’ve lost only once in the NHL playoffs this season.
Said Subban:”Ultimately we have to be realistic of where we are at. We’re down 2-0, but we’re coming back home, and we don’t lose here. It starts Saturday.”
Said captain Mike Fisher:”We’re excited about being at home. Felt good coming to the rink today. Think about what this building will be like Saturday night.”
Added Subban:”We’ve had like I said tremendous success in our building, and we’re going to take advantage of it.”
