President of Greater Chattanooga Association of Realtors releases statement after witnessing deadly wreck on I-75

Ooltewah, TN (WDEF) – The president of the Greater Chattanooga Association of Realtors saw first-hand what happened during Thursday’s deadly I-75 crash. Travis Close, his wife and two children were on the way to a family vacation. He said, "My family and I witnessed a horrific event that will forever live in our minds. We are very lucky to have survived this terrible incident, and our hearts go out to the crash victims, their families and friends, and everyone else affected by this wreck. I appreciate the community’s interest in our well-being and look forward to learning more about law enforcement’s findings in this crash investigation.”
