Professional life coach hosts ‘Burpees and Beer Benefit’
CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) — Professional life coach and former personal trainer, Kelly Summersett has created a unique fitness opportunity in Sequatchie County.
She’s partnered with a local favorite, Sequatchie Valley Brewing, for a one-of-a-kind event.
‘Burpees and Beer’ hopes to give people a full-body exercise and a crafted brew to enjoy after.
All proceeds from the benefit will go towards the Friends of the Park to help raise funds for Phase III of Harris Park. Plans are to build pickle ball and basketball courts.
Summersett hopes to bring an interactive, free event to the small town. The kick-off event will be held Monday, July 8.
The ‘Burpees and Beer Benefit’ will be held in Harris Park on Saturday, August 3 starting at 10 a.m.
