“You know, probably not the happy go lucky kind of show that you think, but actually, it is a really lot of fun,” said Nick Wilkinson, CEO of the Tivoli Theatre Foundation, “For folks who are really into true crime and want to understand how some of these things happen, it is really informative and a pretty interesting night.”
The Psychology of a Murderer is live Q and A that tells the story of infamous killers and their motives.

“The Point of the Tivoli theater was to really reactivate and re energize these beautiful historic buildings that we are in charge of. We’ve thankfully been able to do that. We’ve increased the average show count by over 1,000% on an annual basis,” said Wilkinson.
The Tivoli Theatre Foundation was established in 2015.
Wilkinson believes The Psychology of a Murderer is a great addition to what the theater can offer.
“Because of the work of the Tivoli Theater Foundation, we have the very best in Broadway touring events like the show we discussed, as well as all of our big concerts and other sort of events that we do throughout the year,” said Wilkinson. “We are very proud of the fact that Chattanooga is really on the map, and we think these venues are really cultural anchors for our community.”

Wilkinson considers it an honor to provide various experiences at the Memorial Auditorium.
“It makes us all feel very proud. When we look around an audience and we see people from all walks of life, various parts of Chattanooga and quite honestly, throughout our entire region and not If not the whole Southeast who come together and really have this magical, performing arts experience, night after night, and we have a lot of shows to come and we’re excited to see that happen even more in the next few weeks and months,” Wilkinson concluded.
