Rawlings Street Shooting Update

Chattanooga, TN (WDEF) Chattanooga Police identify the second victim in a shooting from Sunday on Rawlings Street.

Officials say 47-year-old Indugu Jabo Jameel Abdul Hakim was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.. along with 20-year-old O’Shae Smith.
