Recycling Facility Building Total Loss Following Fire

A commercial building at a recycling facility is a total loss following a fire on February 10 at 157 County Road 323.

The Tri-State Mutual Aid Association says burning cardboard out side and fire blew into the building, which caused the fire.

They say all of the contents in the building were a total loss as well.

Recycling equipment was inside as well as their tractor trailer, trailers filled with aluminum cans.

They also say no hydrants were close, and a tanker shuttle was established for water supply.
