Report of Stolen Vehicle Leads to 3 Arrests
Chattanooga, TN (WDEF)- A report of a stolen vehicle leads to 3 people being arrested on a variety of charges including possession of drugs.
Chattanooga Neighborhood Policing Officers responded to the 3600 block of 12th Avenue.
Investigators say a resident was following a stolen vehicle.
The vehicle stopped and officers were able to detain two of the occupants.
A third party was observed attempting to flee from the vehicle but was stopped by officers as they arrived on seen.
Police say all three arrested persons were found to be in possession of narcotics including; crack cocaine, Hydrocodone, ecstasy, methamphetamine, and Marijuana.
Summer Neighbors is charged with Theft over $10,000, which is the stolen auto, Theft Over $500, and Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony.
Akeem Daniels is charged with Possession of a Firearm During Commission of a Felony, Possession of Crack Cocaine for Resale, possession of Marijuana, Possession of Hydrocodone, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Tampering With Evidence.
Dayontae Menifee is charged with Possession of a Firearm During Commission of a Felony, Possession of Crack Cocaine and Tampering With Evidence.
