Rhea County detectives arrest 2 for meth, fentanyl possession

RHEA COUNTY, Tenn. (WDEF) — Rhea County detectives arrested two people after finding drugs in their vehicle during a traffic stop, according to the sheriff’s department.

Detectives arrested Dalton Blevins and Brittany Isham on May 24.

They said Blevins was the driver of the vehicle and Isham was a passenger.

Rhea County authorities said Blevins did not have a valid driver’s license.

During the traffic stop, detectives said they found 2.4 grams of meth and 0.2 grams of fentanyl packaged for resale.

Blevins faces the following charges.

  • Driving without a valid driver’s license
  • Possession of drug paraphernalia
  • Schedule 2 possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver (x2)

Isham faces these charges as well:

  • Possession of drug paraphernalia
  • Schedule 2 possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver (x2)
