Roberts indicted in September murder of Baylor alum
CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) – The man charged in the death of a Baylor alum and local businessman has been indicted.
Darryl Roberts was indicted by a Hamilton County Grand Jury on first degree murder and illegal possession of a firearm as a felon.
Video from his preliminary hearing in October showed Roberts shoot Christoper Wright next to Patten Towers after an argument in September.
Roberts will be in court for his arraignment in January.
